Shipping policy

1. General shipping information

We ship our products within Switzerland and to Europe. Shipping is handled by Swiss Post and processing time is usually 2-5 business days.

2. Shipping costs & delivery options

Shipping costs are calculated when you place your order.

Free shipping: For orders over CHF 60 within Switzerland.

3. Delivery times

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping option and destination. Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays. Delays due to external factors (e.g., customs clearance) are beyond our control.

4. Shipment tracking

Depending on the shipping method, you will receive a tracking number by email, which you can use to track the status of your order.

5. Damaged or lost orders

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at hello@theanalogworkspace.com.

Damaged goods: Please send us photos of the damaged items and packaging so that we can find a solution.

Lost packages: If your order has not arrived, please contact us. We will check the status with the shipping provider and arrange for a replacement delivery or refund if necessary.

6. Returns & complaints

Please always contact us in advance at hello@theanalogworkspace.com to register a return.

The customer bears the costs of the return shipment.

Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
