The copper one-cent coin, first minted in the United States in 1793, has been a constant companion for over two hundred years. Although the U.S. Department of the Treasury ceased production of these "pennies" last November, 114 billion of them remain in circulation—so they certainly won’t disappear overnight.

This limited edition pays homage to the coin’s legacy by incorporating the characteristic copper hues that emerge through wear: the reddish-orange "Rosewood," the heavily worn and darker "Mocha," and the greenish, oxidized patina known as "Mint."
