They are bound with glossy black staples and feature sturdy 118# covers made from an exclusive black/kraft duplex paper by French Paper Co. A discreetly printed Pitch Black logo is printed on the back cover.

The 4-3/4" × 7-1/2" (12.1 × 19 cm) notebooks offer more space for textual play, so some useful information about light and darkness has been added to the inside covers – along with our usual specifications and "Practical Applications".
